Introduction:

Ferrochrome is an iron alloy composed of chromium and iron. It is an important alloying additive for steelmaking. According to different carbon content, ferrochrome can be divided into high-carbon ferrochrome (4-8% carbon content), medium-carbon ferrochrome (0.5-4% carbon content), low-carbon ferrochrome (0.15-0.50% carbon content), Micro-carbon ferrochrome (containing 0.06% carbon), ultra-micro-carbon ferrochrome (containing less than 0.03% carbon), and silicon-chromium alloy, ferrochromium nitride, etc.

Ferromanganese

Pipe powder

Pipe powder is a ferrosilicon-based composite material with strictly controlled alloy elements and particle size. It can effectively reduce the degree of supercooling, inhibit the formation of carbide, slow down the decay time, and has a slight sensitivity to the casting size, showing a consistent nucleation effect.

Silicon strontium inoculant

The ability to reduce chilling is about 50% higher than that of ferrosilicon, and it has better fracture uniformity and anti-recession ability than those of ferrosilicon, without increasing the number of eutectic clusters. In addition, it dissolves easily and forms less slag.

Silico manganese zirconium inoculant

Si-Mn-Zr inoculant contains zirconium, aluminum, calcium and other alloy elements that are easily combined with sulfur and oxygen, and the combination of these elements makes it more powerful in inoculation effect than traditional inoculants.

Silicon barium calcium inoculant

Enhance the graphitization, greatly increase the amount of graphite nodules formed, refine the crystal particles, and improve the roundness of graphite nodules in the ductile iron.

Vermiculize

Vermiculizer is an additive added to liquid iron to obtain vermicular graphite. There are many composite alloy vermiculizers containing various elements widely used, including rare earth-silicon-calcium, rare earth-magnesium-titanium, and rare earth-magnesium alloys.
